It’s been about a month since the last Christcore Fest News, and I’m sorry we went quiet on you. I’m (Karleigh) in grad school, and the last month of class combined with a lot of traveling took me out. I’m back now, and there’s a lot to catch up on.
Collective Dust Released Their Debut Album
Collective Dust put out their debut full-length, “You May Not Rest Now, There Are Monsters Nearby,” on October 9 through The Charon Collective. It’s 15 tracks of metalcore, and both Jesus Freak Hideout and Heaven’s Metal wrote about it.
Okay, full disclosure, Collective Dust is my favorite band, so yes, I’m biased. But I’m telling you this album is good, and I’d be saying it even if I had no connection to them at all. If you haven’t listened yet, go stream it right now and then come back and tell me what you think. And if you want to catch them live, they’re playing Growlers in Memphis on October 23 and The End in Nashville on November 13. I’d go to both if I could.
Five of Our Bands Were on the Undead Revival Bill
Undead Revival ran this past weekend at the Ottawa County Fairgrounds in Oak Harbor, Ohio, and five of our bands were on the bill. Five! It’s so cool to see our lineup showing up all over one weekend like that. Symphony in Peril was part of the Friday night pre-party on October 16, and Heartbound, Diamonds to Dust, Dreaded Dale, and Classic Disaster were all on the Saturday lineup on October 17.
Classic Disaster is also officially part of the Christcore Fest lineup now, and they’re a fairly new addition, so let me tell you a little about them. John and I met them at Rockin Worship Bootcamp this year, and we loved them and their sound. We were pumped when they said yes to Christcore Fest, so if you haven’t followed Classic Disaster yet, go do that and get to know them before April.
Diamonds to Dust Hit One Million Streams
Speaking of Diamonds to Dust, they just passed 1,000,000 streams on “Corpus Christi” from their 2020 Decisions EP. A million streams on a song from a Christian deathcore band is a huge deal. We’re PUMPED for them.
Early Bird Ends October 31
Early bird tickets end October 31 at midnight CST. This is the last stretch to grab a weekend pass for $135. If you’ve been on the fence about coming in April, this is your sign, so grab your ticket here before early bird is over.
Calling all Female Metalheads! We’ve Got a Ladies Event for That
On the morning of April 24, 2027, before the festival opens, we’re gathering from 9 to 11 am at a venue close to Wilson Logistics Arena. You’ll get a goodie bag and your CCF wristband, meet the women you’re about to experience the weekend with, and then head straight to a dedicated festival entrance with no main line. Tickets are $30 and you can grab yours right alongside your festival ticket when you get your tickets here. I want you walking through those doors already knowing your people.
Three of Our Bands Are on the Radio Charts
Eternal Flames’ October 14 report on the Christian Music Weekly Metal/Loud radio chart had three of our bands on it, all from The Charon Collective. Heartbound’s “My Dearest Wormwood” is at #6, Drown the Planet’s “Vile” reached #4 the week before and settled at #8, and Collective Dust’s “Simon Says Circle Pit Circle Pit” is at #21 in its 24th week on the chart. Twenty-four weeks! Go request these on your local station and help keep them climbing.
xDOULOSx and NRWHL Have Vinyl Up for Preorder
xDOULOSx released “HOLY” everywhere on October 7, and the deluxe 12″ split LP with NMDS HxC is up for preorder through Resuscitation Records and ships November 13. They also put out a cover of “Southtown” by P.O.D. on September 23, so if you haven’t heard that yet, go give it a listen, because a hardcore take on that song is a great time.
NRWHL has preorders open for their “Glory Be” deluxe 12″ EP, limited to 250 copies on 180g ultra clear transparent vinyl. It comes with a 12 page lyric booklet and two bonus tracks from their upcoming OneFortyThree release, and it ships by December 4 through Resuscitation Records.
P86: Omni Is Getting Close to OMNI, Part 3
P86: Omni is getting close to releasing OMNI, Part 3. The preorder store is estimating November 2026, and if you preorder the lossless WAV, you get all 12 tracks two weeks before the official release. P86: Omni is also featured on an Of Malice track on Indie Vision Music’s Fighting From The Ground Up Vol. 5, which comes out October 23. The three fan-powered release shows in Minneapolis, Columbus, and Dallas are still on the table too, and they only happen if enough people pledge through the presale links on their tour dates page.
Living Scars at RTKFest This Saturday
Living Scars plays RTKFest this Saturday, October 24, at Carl Levin Park Amphitheater in Harker Heights, Texas, from 4 to 10 pm. It’s free with no tickets or registration, and they’re sharing the stage with Seventh Day Slumber, Magdalene Rose, and Reborn. Their last show of the year is Come and Take It Live in Austin, Texas on November 18 with Heal the Hurt, Magdalene Rose, and Heartbound, so if you can’t make RTKFest, that’s your other shot.
Watch Clear Convictions Live in Puerto Rico
Clear Convictions played The Congress Hardcore Community show at Club 77 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico on October 10, and Congress Hardcore shared part of their set, “Welcome to the Last Days,” live streamed by Gronz Multimedia. I love that we get to see a piece of the night even if we couldn’t be there, so go watch it and send it to a friend who needs more hardcore in their week. Shoutout to @congresshardcore for putting on the show.
Other Shows From the Last Few Weeks
A few more of our bands were booked on shows over the last few weeks. xDOULOSx was booked at The Sound on September 25, Diamonds to Dust at Preach-Core Fest in Bridgewater, New Jersey on October 3, NRWHL with The American Dream from Oakland to Prescott Valley on October 8 through 10, and Living Scars closed out the night on October 10 at Rock-N-The River in Harrison, Arkansas. If you made it to any of them, I’d love to hear how it went.
The New Christcore Fest Shirts Are Here
The wait is over, because our brand new designs are officially live in the CCF merch shop, and I could not be more excited to finally show them to you.
On the shirt side, the Dance Before the Lord shirt is here in black or white, and it’s all about worshiping joyfully and openly like David did. We also have the Jesus Loves You shirt in black or pink and a TON of other designs. Check ’em out here!

Then there are the stickers, and we went all in on a whole “Jesus loves” series. We’ve got Jesus Loves You, Jesus Loves Hardcore, Jesus Loves Crabcore, Jesus Loves Metalcore, and Jesus Loves Nu Metal, so there’s a genre for pretty much everyone. You can browse all the Jesus loves stickers here. There’s also the Go Read the Bible sticker, which is waterproof, hand-cut in small batches, and the perfect gift for that friend who keeps sending you theology videos.

If you’re going to grab one, grab a few, because the bundle discounts kick in automatically at checkout. Any four stickers are $15, two shirts are $38, and the price keeps dropping per shirt all the way up to eight shirts for $124. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more, and the shirts are made to order, so give them up to two weeks to ship. Wear it to a show now, and then wear it to Christcore Fest in April. Go shop the new designs here.
And if you want something to go with the new album, Collective Dust has their merch shop open too.
Sponsor Spotlight
Shoutout to New Inklings, one of our sponsors. Go give them a follow and show them some love.
That’s a lot of news after a month away. It’s what makes me love this lineup so much. They all work so hard to put out epic music and spread the Gospel. If one of them caught your ear in this issue, press play on the CCF playlist, where the whole announced lineup is waiting, and then tell a friend about your favorite. More announcements are coming very soon and you won’t want to miss it.
I’ll see you in the next issue, and I promise it won’t take a month.
