This one’s coming a couple days late, sorry about that. Life got in the way this week. Here’s what’s going on.

It was a genuinely quiet week for press and band news, nothing new came out of the outlets that covered our lineup announcement back in August, and no new music or big band news dropped either. So instead this issue is mostly a roundup of upcoming dates worth having on your radar.

Collective Dust Has a Busy Fall

Collective Dust has three Tennessee dates locked in: October 2 and October 23, both at Growlers in Memphis, and November 13 at The End in Nashville. They’ve also got a single, “Green Hero #1: The Hero Takes Flight,” dropping September 25, and their album lands October 9.

Diamonds to Dust and Heartbound, Undead Revival

Diamonds to Dust and Heartbound are both playing Undead Revival in Oak Harbor, OH on October 17, alongside Convictions, Brotality, and Voluntary Mortification. There’s also a possible October 18 show for Diamonds to Dust at Community Fellowship Church in Lancaster, PA, though that one’s only showing up in one place so we’d take it with a grain of salt until it’s confirmed elsewhere.

Clear Convictions in Puerto Rico

Clear Convictions plays Club 77 in Rio Piedras, PR on October 10, as part of The Congress Hardcore Community PuertoRico, alongside Secret Bound, Perzevera, War Cross, Crown Thief, and Hard to Ignore. Doors at 7pm, show at 8, $15.

NRWHL’s West Coast Run

NRWHL has a run of shows with The American Dream: October 8 in Oakland, CA at Stay Gold Deli, October 9 in San Diego, CA at Che Cafe, and October 10 in Prescott Valley, AZ at Blind Dog Apparel.

xDOULOSx This Friday

xDOULOSx plays The Sound this Friday, September 25, presented alongside Calvary Chapel Redeemed. Doors at 6pm.

Where Things Stand With P86: Omni and Symphony in Peril

P86: Omni’s OMNI Part 3 is still targeting a November 2026 release. Those fan-powered release shows in Minneapolis, Columbus, and Dallas are still proposed, but only happen if presale minimums get hit.

Symphony in Peril’s album, “Road to Emmaus,” their first new full-length in 20 years, is still slated for sometime in 2026, no set date yet.

Living Scars at RTKFEST

Living Scars plays RTKFEST on October 24, alongside Seventh Day Slumber, Magdalene Rose, and Reborn.
